At Hope Ridge, our staff is here to support you, walk with you, and help you feel at home. Each person brings unique gifts to our community from planning worship and music, to caring for families and keeping our church running smoothly throughout the week. We’re grateful for every staff member and the heart they bring to serving Christ and our congregation.

Meet Our Lay Leaders (2026)
Lay leadership is an important part of life at Hope Ridge. These individuals share their time, faith, and gifts to help guide our ministries, support the work of the church, and care for our community. They partner with our staff to uphold the church’s mission, help our ministries run smoothly, and strengthen connections in the congregation.
Their roles vary, but each person serves with a heart for discipleship and a commitment to the work God is doing here: helping us live out our call to welcome, worship, nurture, and send in Christ’s name.
